After all the "Michigan Cash Cab Drives Away..." Are there any Upper Peninsula Areas Included? I doubt it!




The so-called "promise zone" bills will allow school districts or municipalities that fall under the state's average income level to combine financial aid, private donations and half the growth in the state education tax on local property to provide free tuition.


Where are the "Promise Zones?"
